BRIEF We were asked to undertake Executive Event Production & Management of Kyu House at The COP28 Summit in Dubai. Our brief was to elevate KYU companies’ visibility & credibility in sustainability & climate action, build relationships and support business development. Scope included strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight and project, media & event management.
OUTCOME The event, featuring sustainability-themed art, keynotes, panels & entertainment, convened over 2000 global executives. Delivered on time and budget, it exceeded expectations, launched Kyu House and enhanced KYU’s standing among stakeholders & clients.
